If you have reached this site from the ebay auction, there are a few things you need to know.
I am the “previous owner” of Am I Famous Now. This site is still hosted by me, Franky, not the seller of the domain. The seller only has control of the domain itself. All website files and database(s) still reside on my server. You are bidding on a PR6 domain (although, I doubt that the next google dance will keep the PR at this level), and the domain ONLY, since they never bothered to claim to full content but wanted me to continue hosting the site.
While I am willing to work with the future owner(s) of this site, I made absolutely NO promises to continue posting at this site, and the winning bid is certainly not entitled to 4 blog posts per month. I have not signed any contracts with the current owner to continue posting here, and certainly not for the meager $5/entry they had offered (which is probably why this domain is for sale again).
This site has NO revenue at the moment. The google adsense ads on this page bring in peanuts. However, that said, the site does have potential to bring in money with its high PR and the relevant content.
This has been a courtesy disclosure post, as I’d rather prevent a shitstorm from happening than waddle through it with a broken umbrella once it’s said and done.
