Finally a working comment tracker

March 24th, 2006 by Franky · // Permalink

Some weeks ago OCB put me on the track of coComment, a comment-tracker for blogs. A nice idea, but after only two days I gave it up already. There were quite some errors in the system.

Now a new system has seen the netlight a little ago. co.mment. just like coComment just a little bookmark/javascript, but one that does wonders. On several blogs you can subscribe the answers on comments. WP has a plug-in, EE offers the option standard. Blogger and other platforms… bad luck.

co.mment will change this. I have been trying this service now for some days and I admit it rocks, at least when their services is not offline. The blogger can integrate a link to the service in the template (here the little ‘orange cube’) or you just add it as a bookmark/javascript in your browser. Pretty useful. I think this might become more popular as coComment. And above all it is no ‘invite only’ beta. There is of course a RSS-feed available to track your comments/conversations.
If you have missed the link, here it is once more :: co.mment.

  1. Scared? Scared to comment?
Come on, you can do better than that. No need to ask your mother if you are allowed to comment. ;-)

Comment Policy

Spam comments are not supported and will be deleted.

This site supports a dofollow policy for comments, accordingly I do reserve the right to remove your URL if your comment seems to be nothing more than a plug to your site. This is a non-disputable decision from my side.

Stay polite and ad rem in the comments. We all, me too, have had our child days, but have grown up. Flame comments will be deleted.
If you really want to flame, feel free and do it on your own blog. Feel free to link back.

Off topic comments will be deleted.
