Am I Famous Now…

Must have been 5 years now. Probably even more, I don’t remember anymore. Sitting in front of the computer screen reading some nerd computer forums. I was moderator in that board. It isn’t online anymore, but it was a huge collection of Windows knowledge. In my typical ’storm and blast’ style I helped out people. And had a damn blast doing so.

You had computer problems? I loved it, the more difficult they were, the more I enjoyed helping. Damn I learned a lot about Windows that way. One day, as I answered someone in a ‘lil’ more harsh’ style it all happened. Will it surprise you that my favourite answer was RTFM. Don’t get me wrong, I really do love helping people and I can still remember the times where #1 problem was ‘Is the cable plugged in’ and #2 ‘Ever considered your ink cartridges might be empty’. Even I answered on those problems.

Suddenly one of our regulars, who one day disappeared, life interphered in his cyber activities, proposed me a new avatar. Not even five minutes later madbull was born. Franky is was me. A nick including everything. Madbull is history. The nickname and the avatar are not used by me anymore from today. I have been thinking about this for some weeks now and just considered it was time to ditch that and use my real name. Welcome Franky (Yes with capital F) at Am I Famous Now.

On a sidenote, I even started a flickr today. Go visit the first nerd geek pics. And read the rant about yahoomail here. And soon officially introducing the ‘linking farm’. Enough of whoring for today. Now can anyone tell me where my Blogads invitations are? At least then I’ll feel motivated to continue working at this ‘design’. Btw I am too lazy to proofread today.
