Dearest fucker hoster,
after 3 weeks of problems I finally gave up.
I have never heard that many possible excuses to justify website problems.
You call them solutions, I call them excuses.
I have never checked that many excuses. They actually could have been right.
Every excuse found a justified counter.
Today your fucker tech support replied a trouble ticket, but nothing was done.
Nothing.
I bet I have become an annoyance, go figure why.
But I wanted to make you life easier and subsequently acknowledged you that I wanted to cancel my account in 30 days.
You replied, trying to convince me
We are sad to know that you are requesting to cancel your hosting with [don't deserve the promo]. It was great working with you from last few months. Yes as per you have mentioned above in this email lastly you were facing few problems regarding your website with particular URL. We will still request you to rethink on your decission of canceling your account. I assure you that if you change your decission we will together work on it and I will personally see that you receive the best service.
May I advice you to at least improve the English of your sales/billing crew to match my grammatical English knowledge.
Fuckit! my English sucks, but yours surely won’t convince me to continue using your services.

Lisa, that was the sales rep who answered, trying to convince me after all the problems, to still stay.
I cancelled, still had paid through the month. Actually I cancelled, acknowledging them 30 days before. What happened? They deleted the full account.
Luckily doing it myself, at a new hoster, goes faster than they react. Even if I told them the fastest way to restore the account. Would have taken 10 minutes.
Gotta love some outsourcing.
