What were you using?? Isn’t Leopard the one? Are you upgrading or downgrading? I’m so confuzzled.

I still had Tiger on the MacBook when it arrived. I’m upgrading, hopefully it won’t feel as if I’m downgrading :P

Leopard’s pretty sweet. We got it on both of our Macs. It’s a little slow on the mini, but that is gone next week, so it don’t matter! :D

Let me first write my Apple store rant, before I can start bitching about Leopard! :P

NOT IF YOU’RE USING NETWORKED ROSETTA APPS.
(But, I guess you find out the hard way.)

Poppy, Rosetta was one of the reason which made me wait to switch. ;-)
Every app I got is UB.
Now if only I could make Leopard automount my workgroup shares. Simple is too little in this case.

Good. We are unfortunately not in that situation at work. There are several for business applications that are networked and rosetta still. Big products, like MS Office and Oracle Calendar. Why they can’t hurry the fuck up and make UB is beyond me.
