Reading Mark Pilgrim’s excellent Why do we have an img elelment it is simple to understand that HTML still too complex is. But HTML 5 is one step in the good direction.

My belief is that a team built on trust and respect is vastly more productive and efficient than the one where managers are distant supervisors and co-workers at 9-to-5 people you occasionally see in meetings.
