Welcome to iFranky. I am Managing Editor at Splashpress Media and resident blogger of BloggingPro. This is my personal blog, where I mainly write about my experiences in the life of a paid blogger. I make a living out of this but on these pages I will not provide you with tips how to write for traffic, how to style your entries. Instead I will share advice based on behind the scenes experience.
The views expressed on these pages are mine alone and not those of my employer.
If I say something stupid on this site... know that I hold the intellectual copyright on said stupidity. Challenge me, call me an idiot but the stupidity is MINE!
☆ Rands on trust and management:
The topic of trust is where I draw a line in both my personal and management philosophy. My belief is that a team built on trust and respect is vastly more productive and efficient than the one where managers are distant supervisors and co-workers at 9-to-5 people you occasionally see in meetings. You're not striving to be everyone's pal; that's not the goal. The goal is a set of relationships where there is a mutual belief in each other's the reliability, truth, ability, and strengths. The problems with authors like Rands is that every single post a hits is. There really is no need for blogs to be heavily SEO'd. Write historical content instead.

Anfield sensation Fernando Torres on the rumored deal around Mancester City and Kaka. A transfer worth 108m GBP and a possible 500k GBP/week:
Being a Manchester United fan I obviously do not fear Man City or see them winning trophies anytime soon. I must admit that the prospect of seeing Kaka in the Premier League is an interesting one, but at that price?
No one is worth that kind of money. And to be honest, I kind of ‘gave up’ on football some months ago after realizing how negative fans, me included, think. I want to be entertained and enjoy what players offer me, not scrutinize their every move.
